Subscription Services

In the event of the non-availablility of a part or all of a service provided through the payment of a subscription no refunds will be made.

Once a subscription has been paid no refunds will be made for early termination on the part of the subscriber.

Under5's Ltd reserves the sole right to terminate a subscription without compensation or refund if the subscriber has, in the view of the company, been abusing the service or is in breach of these terms and conditions. 

In the event of non-payment of any subscription on the part of a subscriber the service will be suspended. If payment is not forthcoming within a duly notified period the subscription will be cancelled.
